We use Google's Gemini AI (via Firebase Vertex AI) to generate study questions based on the topics and materials you provide. This processing:
- Uses your input text/prompts to generate educational content
- Does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you
- Does not profile you for marketing purposes
- Processes data on Google's servers in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy
4.2 Adaptive Difficulty System
Our app automatically adjusts question difficulty based on your performance metrics (accuracy, response times). This is designed to optimize your learning experience and:
- Does not make decisions with legal or significant effects
- Can be influenced by your study choices
- Uses only your performance data within the app

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Local Storage: Most of your data (profile, exams, settings, study progress) is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete this data.

Binge Study is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.
