Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your Binge Study account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Request Deletion via Web

If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request below. We will process your request within 14 days.

Delete from the App

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Your user profile and preferences
Your public profile information
Your profile photo
Your authentication account
Your referral data
Your locally stored study progress and exam data

Data Retained After Deletion

Hashed device IDs (fraud prevention)
Third-party analytics data (per their respective policies)

Important

This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.

Cancel your subscription first: iOS via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, Android via Google Play > Subscriptions.

Response Times

General requests: 3–5 business days
Privacy/legal requests: 30 days (GDPR) / 45 days (CCPA)
Urgent security issues: 24–48 hours

COPPA: If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact info@bingestudy.app with the subject "COPPA Parental Request." Data will be deleted within 48 hours.
